Little Tulip — Wedding Website Terms & Conditions

9. Optional Add-ons

9.1 Custom wedding logo
A custom wedding logo is automatically included with The Sprout and The Bloom packages. For The Bulb couples, a custom wedding logo can be added to your booking for $95.
The logo design process includes:
  • Initial concept and design exploration
  • One round of revisions
  • Final logo delivered in multiple formats (PNG, JPG, transparent background, colour variations)
Additional revisions beyond the included round may incur a small fee, quoted before any work begins. The Client receives a licence to use the finished logo for personal wedding use only. The logo remains the intellectual property of Little Tulip.
9.2 Custom domain setup
Custom domain costs (domain registration + ongoing Wix premium plan subscription) are quoted separately and paid directly by the Client. These are ongoing costs and are not included in your website package.
9.3 Save-the-date & invitation designs
Matching save-the-date and invitation designs are available as add-ons. Pricing is quoted on request based on your requirements.

14. Agreement

By paying your deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Little Tulip respects your privacy and will not share your personal details, photos, or guest information with any third party, except as required by law. All client information is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

13. Confidentiality & Privacy

11.1 Limit of liability

Little Tulip's maximum liability under these T&Cs is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the service.

11.2 Platform reliability

Little Tulip uses third-party platforms (Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy) and is not responsible for any outages, downtime, or technical issues caused by these platforms.

11.3 Content accuracy

The client is responsible for the accuracy of all content (dates, times, venues, contact details, etc.) provided to Little Tulip. Little Tulip is not responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect client-supplied information.

11.4 Guest data

The client is responsible for the storage and handling of any guest data collected through their wedding website (e.g. RSVPs, dietary requirements, contact information) after the website is transferred to them.

11. Liability

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond either party's control — including illness, family emergency, natural disasters, or other significant events — Little Tulip may pause or delay the project. Refunds, alternative arrangements, or extended timelines will be considered case-by-case in good faith.

12. Force Majeure

10.1 Copyright

All design work created by Little Tulip remains my intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use the finished website for your wedding.

10.2 Source files

Design source files, templates, and assets created during the build process remain the property of Little Tulip and are not provided to the client.

10.3 Portfolio use

I reserve the right to display screenshots, images, and descriptions of your website in my portfolio, social media, and marketing materials, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

10.4 Client-supplied content

You confirm that you own or have permission to use all photos, text, and content provided to Little Tulip. Little Tulip is not responsible for any copyright disputes arising from client-supplied content.

10. Intellectual Property

8.1 Cancellation by client

If you cancel your booking for any reason, your 50% deposit is non-refundable. If significant work has been completed beyond the deposit, you may also be invoiced for the additional work at a pro-rata rate.

8.2 Postponement

I understand weddings sometimes need to be postponed. Postponements within 12 months of the original wedding date can be accommodated at no additional charge, provided 30 days' notice is given. Postponements beyond 12 months may incur a small rebooking fee.

8.3 Wedding cancelled entirely

If your wedding is cancelled entirely, the deposit is non-refundable, and any work completed will be invoiced at the pro-rata rate.

8.4 Cancellation by Little Tulip

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel your booking, your full payment (including deposit) will be refunded.

8. Cancellation, Postponement & Refunds

7.1 12 months hosting

Your website includes 12 months of hosting from the launch date.

7.2 After 12 months

After your 12-month hosting period ends, you can:

  • Take over the platform subscription directly with Wix to keep your site live

  • Allow the site to expire

I'll send a friendly reminder and a quick how-to guide 4-6 weeks before your hosting period ends.

7.3 Custom domain

If you've chosen to have a custom domain, hosting and domain costs are quoted separately and paid directly by you. These are ongoing costs and are not included in your package.

7. Hosting

6.1 Build phase

During the design and build process, your website is built under my Wix account.

6.2 Transfer

Once your website is launched and full payment has been received, ownership of your website will be transferred to your own Wix account. You will need to set up a free Wix account to receive the transfer.

6.3 After transfer

Once transferred, your website is yours to keep. You can come back to me for updates within your agreed package terms, or take over the website yourself.

6. Website Ownership & Transfer

3. Communication & Response Times

Little Tulip is a one-woman business run alongside a full-time role. I aim to respond to all messages within 2 business days during the week. Messages received over the weekend will be responded to by the following Tuesday at the latest.
