Frequently Asked Questions
1. Get in touch
Send through your wedding date and let us know which option you're after - Digital, Physical, or the Best of Both bundle. We'll confirm availability and answer any questions you might have.
2. Book it in
Once you're ready to lock it in, we'll send through your invoice for a 50% non-refundable deposit and your booking agreement. Once both are received, your booking is officially confirmed!
6. Start planning your day
Your planner is ready to use - write in every detail, dream up every moment, and watch it all come together page by page. A beautiful keepsake to look back on long after the day is done.
3. Share your vision
We'll send through a simple questionnaire to gather all the details we need - your wedding theme, colour palette, inspiration, fonts, and any little touches that make your day uniquely you. If you've booked a Sprout or Bloom wedding website with us, your custom wedding logo will be added at no extra cost.
4. Design & revisions
Using everything you've shared, we'll design your planner from cover to cover - every page styled to match the feel of your wedding day. Once your first draft is ready, you'll have 2 rounds of revisions to tweak anything you'd like.
5. Delivery time!
Digital planners: Once you've approved the final design, your editable Canva file will be delivered via email, along with a simple "how to use your planner" guide. You'll be planning the day in no time.
Physical planners: After approval, your planner is printed on premium matte paper and hand-assembled in a personalised ring binder.

Local to Albury/Wodonga? You're welcome to collect your planner from us in Lavington at no charge, or we can drop it off for a flat $10 fee.
