Frequently Asked Questions
What's the Process?
1. Get in touch
Send through your wedding date and let us know which package you're after - The Bulb, The Sprout, or The Bloom. We'll confirm availability, answer any questions, and have a chat through your vision.
2. Book it in
Once you're ready to lock it in, we'll send through your invoice for a 50% non-refundable deposit and your booking agreement. Once both are received, your booking is officially confirmed!
5. Final approval & final payment
Once you're thrilled with the final design, the remaining 50% balance is invoiced and paid. Your website is then ready to launch!
4. Design & revisions
Using everything you've shared, we'll build your website from the ground up - styled to feel like a true extension of your wedding day. Once your first draft is ready, you'll have your included rounds of revisions to tweak anything you'd like (2 rounds for The Bulb, 3 rounds for The Sprout, unlimited for The Bloom).
6. Launch & transfer
On your agreed launch date, your website goes live. We'll then transfer ownership of the site into your own Wix account - your website is officially yours to keep. We'll also walk you through how to log in, view RSVPs, and manage anything you might want to update yourself.
7. Right up until the big day
In the weeks and months leading up to your wedding, we're on hand for minor updates - adding new info, tweaking schedule details, updating accommodation lists, and so on. Just send through any changes at least 7 days before your wedding to make sure everything's ready for your guests.

3. Share your vision
Once you're booked in, you'll have two options for getting started:

Virtual welcome call (optional) - a relaxed 30-minute chat where we can talk through your vision, style, and what you'd like your website to do. Perfect if you'd like a little extra guidance, or just want to put a face to the name. A Calendly link will be sent with your welcome pack (if you choose to have this call).

Welcome pack & questionnaire -Â we'll send through everything we need via email. Fill it out in your own time, and we'll keep in touch via email throughout the process.

Either way, we'll gather everything we need to build your website - your wedding theme, colour palette, photos, love story, ceremony and reception details, RSVP requirements, and any other content you'd like included.
