Audio Guest Books
Some of the most precious moments are the ones we wish we could play back - a grandparent's heartfelt advice, a best friend's hilarious toast, the unfiltered "I love yous" whispered at the end of a long, beautiful day. Our audio guest books are designed to capture exactly that.
Perfect for weddings, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, and any celebration worth remembering - your guests simply pick up the phone, hear your personal greeting, and leave a message after the beep. The result? A keepsake of voices, laughter and love you'll treasure long after the day is done.
1. Get in touch
Send through your event details - the date, location, and which type of celebration you're planning. We'll confirm availability and answer any questions you might have.
2. Book it in
Once you're ready to book it in, we'll send through your invoice for a 50% non-refundable deposit and your booking agreement. Once both are received, your booking is officially confirmed!
3. Record your greeting
A few weeks before your event, you'll record a personal greeting that plays when guests pick up the phone - this is the "hello, welcome to our day, leave us a message after the beep" moment. We'll send through some tips and examples to help you get it just right.
5. Capture the moment
On the day, your guests simply pick up the phone, listen to your greeting, and leave a message after the beep. The laughs, the love, the late-night confessions - all saved automatically for you to treasure.
4. The audio guest book arrives
For local events (within 30 minutes of Albury/Wodonga), we'll personally deliver and set up the audio guest book on the day of your event. For events further afield, your audio guest book will arrive by trackable Australia Post Express around 7 days before your event, ready to go.
6. The recordings come home
After your event, we'll collect the audio guest book (or you'll send it back via the pre-paid return label). Within 48 hours of receiving it, all your recordings will be sent to you via a private Google Drive link - yours to keep, share, and replay whenever you like.
