13. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond either party's control — including illness, family emergency, natural disasters, or other significant events — Little Tulip may pause or delay the project. Refunds, alternative arrangements, or extended timelines will be considered case-by-case in good faith.
12.1 Limit of liability
Little Tulip's maximum liability under these T&Cs is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the service.

The Client is responsible for the accuracy of all content (dates, names, vendor details, etc.) provided to Little Tulip. Little Tulip is not responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect client-supplied information.
12.3 Canva platform reliability
Digital planners are delivered as Canva files. Little Tulip is not responsible for any outages, downtime, or technical issues caused by Canva.
12. Liability
10.1 Cancellation by Client
If you cancel your booking for any reason, your 50% deposit is non-refundable. If significant work has been completed beyond the deposit, you may also be invoiced for the additional work at a pro-rata rate.
10.2 Cancellation after printing
If your physical planner has already been printed at the time of cancellation, the full balance is payable and the printed planner will be sent to you.
10.3 Postponement
I understand weddings sometimes need to be postponed. Postponements can be accommodated at no additional charge, provided 30 days' notice is given. Late postponements may incur a small rebooking fee.
10.4 Wedding cancelled entirely
If your wedding is cancelled entirely, the deposit is non-refundable, and any work completed will be invoiced at the pro-rata rate.
10.5 Cancellation by Little Tulip
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel your booking, your full payment (including deposit) will be refunded.
10. Cancellation, Postponement & Refunds

For digital planner clients, your editable Canva file is provided for your personal use only. You may not share, redistribute, sell, or resell the file or its contents.

I reserve the right to display photos, screenshots, and descriptions of your planner in my portfolio, social media, and marketing materials, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

If you'd like changes made to your physical planner after delivery:
-
Design changes are charged at $30 per page
-
Printing costs for the updated page(s) will be quoted separately

8.3 Quotes before work begins
All post-delivery changes will be quoted in writing before any work begins.
8. Post-Delivery Changes
7.1 Optional add-on pages
The standard planner includes a comprehensive set of pages. Optional add-on pages (e.g. seating plan worksheets, honeymoon planning pages, hen's & buck's party planners) are available for $10 per page.
7.2 Custom-requested pages
If you'd like a specific page that isn't part of the standard offering, just ask. Custom pages are quoted on request and confirmed in writing before any work begins.
7. Additional Pages
6.1 Revisions included
Each planner booking includes 2 rounds of revisions during the design process. Revisions cover small design changes such as colour adjustments, font tweaks, or layout amendments.
6.2 Additional revisions
Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur a small fee, quoted before any work begins.
6.3 Approval before printing
For physical planners, the Client will be required to formally approve the final design in writing before printing begins. Once approved, no further changes can be made without incurring re-print fees (refer to clause 8).

To secure your booking, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required, along with a signed copy of these T&Cs. Bookings are not confirmed until both have been received.
